Purpose of the Role • Drive branch operational and growth objectives in order to maximize profitability
• Drive unique Capitec Bank client service experience
• Drive performance and service culture in branch
• Coach and energize team members
• Plan and implement marketing plans
• Coordinate arrears and sales processes
• Coordinate branch administrative processes
Qualifications • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)
• Preferably a relevant tertiary qualification (Commerce/Management)
Experience • Managerial/ supervisory/Sales/financial environment experience is crucial atleast 2 years.
• Experience in a financial/retail/client service environment, preferably as a manager
Knowledge and skills • Good general knowledge of payments systems, client profiles and arrears follow-up procedures
• Fluent communications skills in English, with the ability to speak and understand an African language (preferred)
• Computer skills
• Strong client service and administrative orientation
• Analyzing and diagnosing skills
• Planning, organizing and implementation skills
• Action orientation
• Decision making skills
• The ability to delegate tasks, coach and support, motivate and energize and offer structure and guidance to team members
• Sound business acumen
Additional Requirements • Valid driver’s license
• Own transport
• Clear criminal and credit record
• Must have fingerprints which are detectable/recognisable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system Branch Manager, Kimberley
