Overview
We are looking to recruit a Permanent Supplier Administration Clerk to work for United Pharmaceutical Distributors (UPD). The role will be based in Cape Town branch and will report to the Senior Buyer.
Purpose and Objectives
Job Purpose:

Responsible for the administration of UPD’s primary income
Job Objectives:

Handling of new vendor applications administration and ensuring that new vendors are listed timeously.
Ensures that new vendor master data is accurate at all times.
Responsible for the administration of frontshop contracts and wholesale trade agreements.
Ensure that clawbacks orders are placed and delivered in full.
Follow up on outstanding frontshop contracts / wholesale agreements
Dealing with manufacturers around aged clawback claims and bonus stock issues.
Actively engage with other departments on vendor master data issues
Ensure that log fees, rebates, clawbacks and data fee master data is accurately maintained at all times in line with UPD master data policy/guidelines.
Ensure that primary income calculations are accurate so that the income is collectable from manufacturers
Requirements
Experience and Education:

Buying administration experience
2 – 3 years Pharmaceutical Industry Experience
Wholesale and Distribution knowledge
Job related knowledge and skills:

Computer literacy (advanced excel)
Verbal and written communication skills
