Key Purpose To provide expert management and specialist advice services to the business for security, intelligence, loss, control, investigation and analysis related matters, in support of security and crime risk mitigation strategies.

Specific Outcomes LOSS CONTROL
Proactively develop and maintain centre of excellence loss of control across Engen by facilitating, supporting and managing the implementation of loss control strategies, solutions, processes, procedures and technologies in support of Engen’s business strategy and in alignment with industry best practice to embed and manage loss control principles in Engen’s security strategy and solutions

INTELLIGENCE GATHERING & ANALYSIS
Develop and maintain an analysis through developing and maintaining networks in the relevant governmental, security, law enforcement and civil organisations of information in support of loss control strategies, management of crime, fraud and socio-economic risk to Engen

INVESTIGATIONS MANAGEMENT
Manage investigations through development of investigation and/or consequence management, report analysis on occurrences of crime and dishonest behavior affecting Engen’s business and maintenance of pro-active investigation of security, product loss and criminal activities, occurrences and discrepancies in order to comply with Engen’s security strategy and standards

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & SUPPORT
Manage and support stakeholders and subordinates through developing and setting performance standards and advice in the area of expertise to ensure deliverables are within set standards and do not breach security standards and principles
Education & Experience Minimum requirements:

*NQF Level 7 (Degree or Advanced Diploma in Security Management)
*5 years experience in security, loss control and intelligence

Advantageous:
*Certified Fraud Examiner Intelligence Qualification
*10 years experience in corporate security environment
